About this event

Gyrotonic Explorations is an 85-minute class that invites you to slow down, dive in, and savor the how and why behind Gyrotonic exercises and movement principles. With detailed instruction and hands-on guidance, we'll explore anatomy and structure, and how intention, connection, and tempo shape how we move. If you love asking questions and digging into details, this class is for you! Open to practitioners with some Gyrotonic experience . For your safety and enjoyment, you should know your equipment settings, how to safely navigate the equipment, and feel at ease modifying exercises for your body. New to the Gyrotonic Method? We recommend building a foundation of private sessions first. Contact us and we'll help you get started! Wednesdays 11:15 am - 12:40 pm .
