About this event
Give yourself permission to slow down.
Join me for a 90-minute community sound bath at Healthy Family Chiropractic in Monroe , created to help you step away from the noise, settle your nervous system, and simply rest for a while.
You’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments as you relax in whatever position feels most comfortable for you.
No previous sound healing or meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are and give yourself some space to rest, reset, and reconnect.
Event Time
Sound Bath: 7:00–8:30 PM
Doors Open: 6:45 PM
Please arrive early enough to get comfortable and settled before we begin. Doors will close shortly after the sound bath starts to help maintain a peaceful experience for everyone.
What to Bring
This is a floor-based sound bath, so please bring whatever you need to create your own comfortable resting space.
Recommended:
• Yoga mat, camping mat, or other padded surface
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Bolster or cushion
• Eye mask, if you enjoy using one
• Water
• Comfortable clothing and warm layers
You are welcome to bring as much or as little as you need. The goal is for you to be able to relax comfortably for the full experience.
If lying on the floor is not comfortable for you, please feel free to bring or request a chair.
What to Expect
Once everyone is settled, you’ll be guided into a relaxed state before experiencing an extended sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and complementary sound healing instruments.
There is nothing you need to “do” during a sound bath. You can simply lie back, listen, breathe, and allow yourself to receive the experience.
Every sound bath is a little different — and every person experiences sound differently — but many guests leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, grounded, and more like themselves again.
