ABSOLUTE BEGINNER Contemporary Improv

About this event

LEVEL: ABSOLUTE BEGINNER Designed specifically for those with little to no previous dance experience. Dancers with some experience are also welcome! These classes move at a comfortable pace, creating space to learn, explore, and have fun. ABOUT THE CLASS Explore the possibilities of contemporary dance through improvisation! Dancers will investigate their own movement interests and learn creative tools for improvisation. Improv is a core part of many contemporary dance practices, offering space to follow your instincts, discover new ways of moving, and expand your approach to dance. DROP-IN CLASS This is a drop-in class, meaning you can join whenever it works for your schedule. Classes are not a series and are not designed to be taken in sequence. You can jump in at any point and don't need to attend every week.
