About this event
Join us every Thursday for a free weekly rapid chess tournament at Reuben's Brews in Ballard!
Format: 6-round Swiss, 10-minute games Start time: 7:00 PM Cost: Free to play Who can play: All levels and all ages
Come and go as you like: Join the tournament whenever you arrive and leave whenever you need to, as long as there's space. You don't have to stay for all six rounds.
How to register: Register through the ChessBar app: https://www.chess-bar.com/ Pairings and results are handled in the app. You'll get your pairing each round and enter your own result when your game finishes. New to tournament chess? You're in the right place. The event is relaxed, friendly and a great way to get more games in and meet other local players. The regular casual Chess Club night runs at Reuben's at the same time, so if you'd rather play casual games, come by anyway. Please support Reuben's by grabbing food or a drink while you're there. They make these nights possible!
