About this event
Start by tasting a curated selection of premium NA spirits and elixirs, and discover what makes each one special. Then, guided by Derek Brown's Mindful Mixology approach, you'll build zero-proof drinks with the same care and craft as any classic cocktail. Drawing on cocktail theory, we'll explore the cocktail family frameworks, so you understand how great drinks are built and can create your own at home.
Your ticket includes:
• A tasting of premium NA spirits
• All ingredients, tools and hands-on instruction
• Take-home recipe cards
• A small bottle of syrup or bitters to take home
No experience needed. Limited to 8 guests for a personal, intimate experience
