Become a pie pro with this pie boot camp taught by Marianna Stepniewski of The Pantry and Cake It Nice

You’ll learn skills including:

• Lamination techniques to produce a flaky pie crust

• How to blind bake and avoid the dreaded soggy bottom

• Making Streusel

• Candying Nuts

• Making Caramel
