About this event

Improv & Flow: Free Community Jam Improv & Flow is an original format created by Jermaine Trice, and no two sessions are ever the same. This free improv jam brings together the creative energy of everyone in the room, blending rhythm, movement, music, and scene work into one shared experience. We might start with a beat, a gesture, or a single sound and let it grow into something none of us could have planned. Scenes rise out of the groove, characters move to their own rhythm, and the whole room builds momentum together until the ideas are flowing on their own. It's part improv, part creative jam session, and all about connection. You don't need any experience to join. Whether you're a seasoned performer, a musician, a dancer, or someone who's simply curious, your energy is part of what makes each session unique. There's no pressure to be funny and no wrong way to play. Just bring yourself, trust the flow, and see where the room takes us. When: Third Saturday of the month | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Where: Studio33 (Theatre33 Rehearsal Space), Bellevue Cost: Absolutely FREE! Who: Ages 13+ | All levels welcome | No experience necessary Just show up with an open mind and a willingness to play. We can’t wait to see you there!
