The Seasonal Table returns this fall for another intimate evening where the flavors of the season take center stage.

Our seasonal dining series brings together Chef Mauricio Sanchez’s cuisine and Prohibition Cellars wines in the barrel room of our working winery. For the Fall Edition, Mauricio has created a four-course menu inspired by the richer, comforting flavors of the season, with dishes featuring French onion soup, sautéed mushrooms with Brie, roasted lamb, chicken Marsala, Cornish hen, and apple-rhubarb crumble. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Prohibition Cellars wine selected to complement the cuisine.

Throughout the evening, Chef Mauricio will introduce each course and share the inspiration behind the menu, while winemaker Sandor Faludi offers insight into each wine pairing. Together, they’ll guide guests through an engaging and relaxed evening that celebrates both food and wine.
