Candlelit Sound Bath

A sound bath is a deeply immersive and relaxing experience. As you enter a tranquil space, the soft flickering candlelight creates a soothing ambiance. You'll be invited to lay down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. There is parking available at Heritage Hall and on Market Street. Both are free. Please arrive early to find parking and enter through the back door.

As the bowls are struck or rubbed with a mallet, they produce resonant, harmonic tones that wash over you like gentle waves. The vibrations from the crystal bowls permeate your body, creating a sense of calm and balance. It's a meditative journey where you can let go of stress and tension, allowing the soothing sounds and candlelight to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

Please note: Doors close PROMPTLY at the start time. We cannot allow late entry. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find parking and get settled. Thank you for understanding.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, Blanket, 1-2 pillows for your head and under knees, water, dress cozy in layers, openness to the experience, and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable and cozy lying or sitting on the floor.
