We’re welcoming Gård Estate Wines for our next Winemaker Dinner, an evening built around sustainably farmed estate wines from Josh and Lisa Lawrence, crafted to capture the character of the eastern Washington land they farm. Each pour is paired with a multicourse dinner from The Fireside’s culinary team — five courses moving from coastal to hearty, five wines tracing Gård’s estate from bright whites to their reserve reds.
