About this event
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art focused on controlling a fully resisting opponent by taking them to the ground, controlling them on the ground and then looking to submit your opponent on the ground. It is an excellent base for self defense, a great sport to get involved in, and fantastic puzzle to become engrossed in!
