About this event

The holidays can carry a whole year for a single owner shop, and they are also the most stressful season to get wrong. This workshop is for Bellevue small businesses, in-store and online, who want a practical plan they can actually run, not theory.

We will start with the key holiday dates, what to post and when, and how to batch a month of content in one afternoon. Gift guides and behind-the-scenes content that drive both store visits and clicks. How to update your Google Business Profile for the holidays, how to use your email list, and how to start a local creator partnership this week, not in December.

Then we will build the sales side. Bundles, gift sets, and gift cards. A promo calendar around Small Business Saturday. Checkout that is easy, with wallet and buy now pay later options. Ship-by dates, in-store pickup, and local delivery around Bellevue.

You will leave with a 7-day checklist: lock your holiday dates and hours, film and schedule three weeks of content, build your holiday offer, check your payment options, publish your ship-by dates, push your email list signup, and start one local creator conversation.

This is a Startup425 workshop for Bellevue founders and small business owners. No experience needed; just bring your shop, your site, and your holiday questions.
