Have you always wanted to try ballet but felt too intimidated? This is the class for you! Fundamentals I is designed for absolute beginners. Over the course of the session, you will learn correct ballet posture, basic ballet positions of the legs, feet, and arms, build up to executing basic barre work, and experience the beginnings of center work. The classroom environment is relaxed and lighthearted, allowing you to share an evening with fellow ballet enthusiasts, all while building your ballet foundation and getting an amazing full-body workout.
