About this event
In this class, you will learn boxing fundamentals that will prepare you for our group classes. This beginner's class will focus on the correct form of punches, defense, and footwork. If you sign-up for a class, you have 12 hours to drop the class without being charged. The charge for dropping a class (or not showing up for a class) will be $10. The charge will apply for any class that is full.
