A California-based nonprofit announced Wednesday it purchased Latitude Apartments (108 units) south of Everett in Lake Stickney to create long-term affordable housing; 60% of the units are for households earning under 50% of the area median income and the rest for 60%, with Amazon’s Housing Fund contributing $10.3 million.
