Suitable for children aged 5 - 11 years
Each class is self-contained
Parents of younger children or children with short attentions are encouraged to stay in the downstairs meditation area with their children to help your child participate. Otherwise, parents are welcome to attend the Sunday morning meditation class that happens simultaneously. A parent or trusted guardian must remain on the premises while their child is attending class.
