It may be night at the Arboretum, but the park isn’t sleeping! Discover the Arboretum at night to see it in a whole new light.

Designed for youth ages 6-12 and their caregivers, Park in the Dark is a fun family event you don’t want to miss. Through games, activities, and hikes, we will uncover what goes on when the sun goes down in the Washington Park Arboretum. What nocturnal animals come out at night? What adaptations allow them to survive and thrive?

(Looking for Park in the Dark (for grown-ups!)? We're running this event for grown-ups and their older kids - or no kids at all! - on Friday, November 13th: https://botanicgardens.uw.edu/about/events/?trumbaEmbed=view%3Devent%26eventid%3D212740339. Ages 12 and up welcome!)
