Our November tasting brings together selections from Two Stacks and Killowen, with four featured pours and four small-plate pairings prepared by our culinary team. Andrew will lead the presentation, sharing stories and guiding guests through the character of each selection.

From an approachable single grain to a sherry-influenced single pot still, followed by a creamy finale, this lineup offers plenty to discover and discuss.

• Killowen Rum & Raisin — A bold selection that invites us to explore how a few drops of water can reveal different layers of flavor.

• Two Stacks Triple Sherry Cask Single Pot Still — A single pot still expression showcasing the influence of three sherry casks.

• Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Liqueur — A creamy conclusion to the tasting.
