About this event

Join us for this FREE 90 minute event to focus on and come back to your breath! This Breathwork class is designed for people who are giving of themselves through therapeutic touch and presence. Through guided breathing techniques, immersive music, and intentional coaching, you'll quiet mental chatter and create more space for peace, clarity, and ease. As a manual therapist, I've found this Breathwork technique to be extremely helpful to let go of any residual effects related to using my physical, mental, and emotional self to provide skilled and safe bodywork for my community. It's not perfection that we're striving for in this breathwork practice, it's purpose . The purpose is to feel the physical body tied into your emotional being. This isn't just a 'checking out' time. Using circular breathwork, you can release tension, soften resistance wherever you find in your physical body, and help your emotional self soften and release fears, indecision, overthinking, etc.. When the body lets go, clarity can follow without resistance. You will be able to bring this awareness of the power to shift emotions with your breath to your clients, and incorporate it into your own self-care practices. You'll be laying on the floor for your practice, so wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat/camping pad, a cozy blanket, a pillow for under your knees for low back comfort, your favorite eye covering to allow tapping into your inner self better, and intention for your time here. Class size it limited to 12 people, so register now! Waiver must be completed before December 5th. See QR code below. 1 CE will be earned for LMT's.

My name is Danniell Hurst and I'm passionate about guiding people to discover the incredible power of their own breath through circular breathwork. My personal journey with breath began 28 years ago when I was working in a demanding emergency room environment day in and day out. I realized I could shift my own emotional state just by changing my breathing. More recently, in my 22 years as a massage therapist, I've consistently observed how feelings of stress, anxiety, and being overwhelmed are deeply connected to unhealthy breathing patterns. A few years ago, a family member struggling with their own anxiety and stress, discovered circular breathwork and shared it with me. After just three sessions, I was convinced: I had to bring this to my community to help others find a better way to shift their emotional well-being. To me, it's far more than just breathing; it's about unlocking your innate capacity to release emotional burdens, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a profound send of peace and clarity.
