About this event

Just as your energy might wax and wain throughout the month, each phase in the moon’s monthly dance across the sky has its own energy. Each week we will focus on the current lunar phase and discuss what that phase means energetically. We will then move, breathe, and meditate with that lunar energy, while exploring how the natural rhythms and energy might be affecting our own individual path.
