About this event
Ma Prem Bodhi will join us remotely from Nepal.
Join us for a sonic journey designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit through the transformative power of vibration and sound. In this immersive experience, you'll be enveloped by the rich, grounding tones of gongs and the shimmering frequencies of Himalayan singing bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their ability to induce deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
Before we enter the realm of vibration and resonance, we begin with a short tea ceremony, a simple, grounding ritual that invites us fully into this moment. With each sip, we soften the edges of the day, arrive in our bodies, and open the inner space where sound can truly be felt.
Then as the sound vibrations ripple through your body, they invite release, recalibration, and a return to your natural rhythm. Whether you're seeking emotional clarity, physical ease, or spiritual connection, this sonic alchemy offers a sanctuary for healing and inner exploration. While everyone has their own unique experience with sound energy, many have found it to open pathways to relax, quiet their mind, balance energy, meditate, release emotional tension, retune internal systems, have a spiritual experience, heal themselves, inspire creativity, or feel a deep sense of peace. Our innate intelligence appears to use this sound energy to promote well-being within. Simply lie back and let the transformative sound meet you where you are and take you where you need to go!
We'll begin with a short introduction to the session and instruments, followed by a grounding tea ceremony and around 60 minutes of sound immersion.
What to Bring: The sound immersion is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. The studio has mats and blankets available but you're also welcome to bring whatever you need to be comfortable - water, eye mask, bolster, etc.

About the Practitioners:
Ma Prem Bodhi has been walking the path of meditation and sharing spiritual practices that nurture peace and healing for more than 25 years. She grew up and now resides in Nepal, a land of deep Himalayan energy, where she spent 18 years in an Ashram, devoted to meditation and inner exploration. Ma Prem Bodhi offers individual and small group sessions for sound baths and meditation, both online and in person. She creates space to relax, breathe, and reconnect, and these gentle sessions bring ease to the body, stillness to the mind, and clarity to the heart. They can be supportive for anyone moving through stress, anxiety, or burnout, and also nurture those who are seeking spiritual growth or a deeper sense of spiritual harmony.
