Join us at blosm studio for a high-vibrational journey into stillness. You will be held through sound created by sacred instruments (Including an array of deep-resonance gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, and ethereal chimes) in a 60-minute, powerful high-frequency reset sound bath for the Scorpio New Moon .

Through Freqs of Love's curated set of instruments and vocal toning, deep frequencies help entrain the brain and field, moving you from a state of overwhelm or exhaustion into an effortlessly deep, meditative Theta state. The mind moves into parasympathetic mode where the body can do its best healing.

We honor the New Moon in Scorpio. We set intentions for emotional healing, letting go of things you have outgrown, and alchemizing past pain into personal strength. Join us for a relaxing evening centered on nurturing you!

What to expect

Deep relaxation, intentions led with heart, and a sound journey unlike any other to center, ground, clear, and charge your energy for the month ahead. Bring a friend and settle in for a serious recalibration.

Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and water will be provided, but bring whatever will help you get the most cozy.

• No prior experience with sound baths needed, first-timers welcome!

• Doors open at 6:45pm

• Duration ~60 minutes with safe space share afterward

About Kaila:

I'm Kaila Hall, the founder of Freqs of Love , a holistic wellness practice in Seattle, WA. I am a certified Reiki Master, sound practitioner, intuitive healer, creative spirit, and former corporate dweller turned energy worker and space holder.

For years, I lived in the rhythm of overextending, poor boundaries, and burnout: long hours, high pressure, and little space to feel. I thought I was doing everything right on the outside, but I felt completely disconnected from my inner world.

Energy work found me at the right moment. Through Reiki, sound, and intentional practices, I remembered something I had forgotten: healing doesn’t come from fixing, chasing, or avoiding. It comes through inner connection and compassion; in softening, presence, and letting ourselves be seen.

Today, I hold space for others on their own return. For the givers who forget to receive, for the caregivers, the busy minds, and the curious.

I believe deeply in the body’s innate intelligence and the truth that to see the light, there must be darkness. And in both, we are whole: As above, so below.

Location:

The studio is on the corner of 35th Ave NE and NE 82nd street and has a small parking lot with an entrance on 35th Avenue NE, just south of NE 82nd Street. Free street parking is also available.

Please use the west building entrance that faces 35th Avenue NE.
