  • Snohomish County invites local residents to share input on affordable housing, public facilities and other community needs using federal funds. Two virtual public hearings will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in Everett, and written comments are welcome.  Everett Post

  • Providence Swedish welcomed its first Snohomish County babies of 2026 on Thursday morning when Leinel Enrique Aguirre was born at 5:17 a.m. in Everett and Callahan Townes Hawkins arrived in Edmonds — both celebrated with newborn gift baskets.  Everett Herald
  • Providence Regional Medical Center Everett welcomed its first baby of 2026 when Fairelis and Leonel Aguirre delivered baby Leinel Enrique at 5:17 a.m. at the Pavilion for Women and Children—900 Pacific as the newborn, weighing 7.3 pounds, joined his three siblings.  My Everett News
