- ➤ Snohomish County Council approved a partnership with the Washington Trails Association to build an accessible loop trail north of Lake Cassidy between Highway 9 and 123rd Ave NE, with funding ($150,000 from the 2025-26 budget) set for completion by Sept. 30. Everett Herald
