  • Everett nonprofit Bunker Arts Collective created an online map called The Slow Shrink to let residents report underused spaces and suggest public art ideas. Launched a few weeks ago, the map already lists sites like the shuttered Fred Meyer along Casino Road — a spark for creative community projects.  Everett Herald
