More than 150 local high school students attended the fourth annual Civic Education Day at Snohomish County Campus in Everett on Monday, March 16 where council members and county staff explained government processes.

Students from Everett, Marysville, and Bothell took part in learning about public service.

Interstate 405 is fully open—southbound reopened Sunday at 7:30 a.m. and northbound early Monday, while crews continue work on a new overpass and mid‐freeway transit stations planned until 2028.
