- ➤ Washington State Attorney General Nick Brown reached a $7 million settlement on March 19 with owners of three Snohomish County apartment buildings over deceptive advertising toward seniors. The agreement requires a $2.5 million tenant restitution payment and $4.5 million for building repairs and improvements. Everett Herald
