- ➤ Public power utility Snohomish County PUD will host the Energy Block Party at 2320 California St. in Everett on Saturday, April 25. The party will offer truck demonstrations and kids activities (free entry) while a Community Energy Run is set for Oct. 3 at Lake Stevens. Everett Herald

- ➤ Boeing is set to open a new 737 MAX production line in Everett this summer. The company is hiring and training workers from Renton and Moses Lake to support the North Line that will produce 737 Max 8, 9 and 10 models. Everett Herald

- ➤ The Snohomish County Health Department declared the measles outbreak over Tuesday as the last case was reported on Feb. 17 and urged residents to review their MMR vaccination ahead of the summer World Cup to guard against future exposures. Everett Herald
