A 45-year-old Everett man, Kevin Torres Velasquez, was arrested on Thursday on federal drug charges after authorities with a SWAT team seized over 20 pounds of fentanyl — enough to kill millions — from his apartment earlier this year, and he appeared in U.S. District Court on Friday at 2 p.m.
