- ➤ Little Pandas Play Cafe, located at 210 SW Everett Mall Way and open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., features a 2,200 sqft indoor play area for children and a cafe offering specialty coffees, and a new Shoreline location will open late summer (reservations are recommended during busy morning hours). - ➤ On Jan. 26, Snohomish County volunteers counted 1,163 individuals experiencing homelessness, with unsheltered numbers dropping to 505 as shelter capacity increased with new temporary and permanent beds. County officials credit expanded services and partnerships for connecting more people with shelter and support. Everett Herald
