Good morning, Everett.

A local co-op announced plans to relocate to a larger downtown site by 2028 as it hires a consultant to search for a space with at least 10,000 sqft and improved amenities (for community use), with an owner vote and meeting set for mid-July.

D.R. Horton plans to build 248 homes — 92 single-family and 156 townhomes — at the vacant Highway 99 Walmart site along Evergreen Way, with a project named Rowan Park.

The proposal remains on correction hold after the city requested more details on May 13.
