- ➤ The Port of Everett will host its 2nd Annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Pacific Rim Plaza at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 26th to honor military members who died in service—with officials and speakers including Mayor Cassie Franklin, Port Commissioner Glen Bachman, and Captain Stacy Wuthier—and later, Roche Harbor Yacht Club will hold a private Memorial Weekend Cruise at Everett Marina for club members. - ➤ Everett Police reported a man was stabbed on Evergreen Way on May 22nd at 9:00 p.m.—the victim said his attacker stole his vehicle, officers later located the car and caught the suspect in Lynnwood while Major Crime Detectives continued the investigation and the victim received hospital care.
