- ➤ Everett Public Schools superintendent Ian B. Saltzman was honored with the 2025 Robert J. Handy Most Effective Administrator Award on Monday, June 23 for his efforts to enhance student programs and support multilingual learners (the district's graduation rate reached 95.2%, the highest in Snohomish County).
