- ➤ Everett City has opened grant applications for 2026 Community Development Block Grant, Affordable Housing Trust Funds, and HOME Investment Partnership Program funds with estimated amounts of $850,000, $125,000, and $300,000 respectively. Applicants must meet with Community Development staff the week of October 13 for technical assistance and submit applications via AmpliFund by Friday, October 31 at 12:00 p.m. — funds may change based on HUD allocations.
