- ➤ The Community Transit Board changed its rules on Thursday to clarify how it will enforce conduct and extend them to include Zip Shuttle services & to add due process steps such as warnings and appeals. The updated code does not change the list of prohibited actions but sets clear guidelines for handling minor and severe offenses to keep staff and riders safe. Everett Herald
