- ➤ Community Transit is hosting a Stuff-a-Bus drive at Fred Meyer in Monroe Friday and Saturday, 12 to 4 p.m., collecting essentials for preschoolers via Volunteers of America Western Washington; Everett Transit holds a similar drive on weekends through Dec. 14, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Everett Herald

- ➤ The Net Shed Fish Market will open this Saturday in Everett at the Port of Everett’s Restaurant Row. The new venue offers a tide-to-table seafood menu and operates in a 2,700 sqft interior (with an outdoor patio along Seiner Wharf) to serve local dining needs. My Everett News

- ➤ Everett High School runs Harbor Coffee House, an inclusive program where Extended Resource and General Education students learn job skills through hands-on work in coffee making and service. The student-led program uses training from Whidbey Coffee (and support from community donations) to build career skills for future employment. Everett Post
- ➤ Marysville School District had its enhanced state financial oversight eased Tuesday after a letter from state superintendent Chris Reykdal noted improved staffing and budgeting (binding conditions will remain for 12–18 months with full release considered in November). Everett Herald
