Everett Transit opened a new Mall Station on Sunday in south Everett.

The $2M station sits 500 feet west of its old spot, features a saw-tooth design that shortens bus travel, and clears space for a planned TopGolf facility as part of the Everett Mall redevelopment (expected in 2026).

Everett’s new Edgewater Bridge connecting to Mukilteo will open in April 2026 after delays caused by weather (equipment breakdowns and state inspection setbacks) even as construction advances on girders and abutments.

The Port of Everett (local) has made leadership changes to boost its real estate and visitor services at the waterfront by promoting staff and hiring a new security director ahead of the Millwright District groundbreaking and a major sporting event next year.

These shifts aim to support increasing visitor numbers.

Everett locals can use a holiday gift guide highlighting local shops such as Pops for skate gear + Sno-Isle Food Co-op and Artisans PNW, offering gifts from records to artisan books.
